What this policy covers
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of the AlgoVesta platform, including but not limited to its website, application programming interface (API), user dashboard, AI-powered analysis engine, Telegram bot integration, and all related services, tools, and communications channels provided by AlgoVesta.
This policy applies to all users of the AlgoVesta platform, including individuals on free trial plans, paid subscribers across all tiers, affiliate partners, and any other individuals or entities that access or interact with AlgoVesta services. All users are expected to comply with this AUP at all times while using the platform.
Violation of this policy may result in enforcement actions ranging from a formal warning to permanent account termination, depending on the severity and nature of the violation. AlgoVesta reserves the right to take immediate action without prior notice in cases involving security threats, fraud, or illegal activity.
This AUP supplements and is incorporated into the AlgoVesta Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between this AUP and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail unless this AUP explicitly states otherwise. Users are encouraged to review both documents in their entirety.

Actions that are strictly forbidden
THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED
Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a violation of this Acceptable Use Policy and may result in immediate enforcement action, including account termination without refund.
Reselling, sublicensing, sharing, or redistributing access to AlgoVesta or any of its features, signals, analytics, or proprietary data to third parties without prior written authorization from AlgoVesta. This includes repackaging AlgoVesta signals for distribution through external channels, Telegram groups, Discord servers, or any other medium.
Decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or attempting to derive the source code, algorithms, models, or proprietary methodologies of any AlgoVesta software or systems.
Creating multiple accounts for the same individual or entity to circumvent usage limits, exploit free trial periods, manipulate platform features, or gain an unfair advantage. Each individual is permitted one active AlgoVesta account unless explicitly authorized otherwise in writing.
Sharing your AlgoVesta account credentials, login information, or exchange API keys connected to the platform with unauthorized third parties. Each account is intended for use by a single authorized individual, and credential sharing compromises both your security and the integrity of the platform.
Attempting to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security measures, rate limits, access controls, authentication mechanisms, encryption protocols, or other protective features implemented by AlgoVesta. This includes but is not limited to brute-force attacks, credential stuffing, session hijacking, and exploitation of software vulnerabilities.
Using the platform to engage in wash trading, spoofing, layering, pump-and-dump schemes, or any other form of market manipulation that violates applicable laws or exchange regulations. AlgoVesta's trading tools are designed for legitimate market participation only.
Using AlgoVesta in a manner that violates the terms of service, API usage policies, or trading rules of connected exchanges, including Binance, Bybit, and any other supported platforms. Users are responsible for understanding and complying with their exchange's policies at all times.
Using the platform to conduct or facilitate illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, tax evasion, fraud, or any other activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws and regulations.
Intentionally overloading the platform infrastructure, launching denial-of-service (DoS or DDoS) attacks, introducing malicious code (viruses, trojans, worms, ransomware), or engaging in any activity designed to disrupt, degrade, or compromise the availability, integrity, or performance of AlgoVesta systems.
Automated collection, scraping, crawling, or harvesting of data from the AlgoVesta platform, including trading signals, analytics data, user information, or any other content without explicit written authorization. All platform data is proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws.
Impersonating AlgoVesta staff, support agents, developers, or other users. Misrepresenting your affiliation with AlgoVesta or falsely claiming to act on behalf of AlgoVesta in any communication, forum, social media platform, or other public or private channel.
Prohibited Jurisdictions and Sanctions: You may not use AlgoVesta if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or accessing the platform from any country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions or embargoes administered by the United Nations, the European Union, or the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) — including, without limitation, North Korea (DPRK), Iran, Syria, Cuba, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions — or if you are a person or entity named on any UN, EU, or OFAC sanctions or restricted-party list. AlgoVesta may use geo-blocking and other controls to enforce these restrictions and may suspend or terminate access where use of the platform is unlawful in your jurisdiction.
Security requirements for exchange connections
Proper API key configuration is essential for the security of your exchange account and the integrity of the AlgoVesta platform. All users who connect exchange accounts must adhere to the following requirements.
Guidelines for user conduct and communications
AlgoVesta is committed to maintaining a professional and respectful environment across all communication channels. Users are expected to adhere to the following content standards when interacting with the platform, support team, and community.
Users must not transmit offensive, defamatory, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or illegal content through any AlgoVesta communication channels, including support tickets, Telegram bot interactions, feedback forms, or any other medium. Content that promotes violence, hatred, or illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
All support interactions must be conducted professionally and respectfully. Our support team is dedicated to assisting you, and abusive, hostile, or threatening communications toward staff members will not be tolerated and may result in account restrictions.
Feedback and community contributions should be constructive and aimed at improving the platform experience for all users. We value honest feedback and welcome suggestions, bug reports, and feature requests submitted through proper channels.
Any content submitted to AlgoVesta, including feedback, bug reports, feature requests, and suggestions, may be used by AlgoVesta to improve the platform, develop new features, or enhance existing services. By submitting such content, you grant AlgoVesta a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate your submissions.
Actions taken for policy violations
Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in one or more of the following actions, at AlgoVesta's sole discretion. The severity of enforcement depends on the nature, frequency, and impact of the violation.
A written notice of the violation sent to the account holder, detailing the specific infraction and the required corrective action. First-time minor violations will typically receive a warning before further action is taken.
Temporary limitation or disabling of specific platform features related to the violation. For example, API access may be restricted if API key policies are violated, or Telegram bot features may be disabled for communication policy violations.
Temporary suspension of all account access pending investigation. During suspension, all automated trading will be halted and API connections will be disabled. The account holder will be notified of the reason and expected timeline for resolution.
Permanent termination of the account without refund for severe or repeated violations. Terminated users will be prohibited from creating new accounts. All data associated with terminated accounts will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Pursuit of legal remedies, including civil litigation and cooperation with law enforcement, for violations causing financial loss, reputational harm, or involving illegal activity. AlgoVesta reserves all rights to seek damages and injunctive relief.
Immediate Action: AlgoVesta reserves the right to take immediate enforcement action without prior warning for severe violations that pose a security threat, involve fraud, facilitate illegal activity, or could cause significant harm to the platform or other users.
How to report policy violations
If you become aware of any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, whether by another user, a third party, or through suspicious platform activity, we encourage you to report it promptly. Your reports help us maintain a safe and fair environment for all users.
To report a violation, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "AUP Violation Report." Include as much detail as possible in your report, such as usernames or account identifiers involved, timestamps of the observed activity, a clear description of the violation, and any supporting evidence (screenshots, logs, URLs).
AlgoVesta will investigate all reports promptly and handle them with strict confidentiality. The identity of reporters will not be disclosed to the subject of the investigation unless required by law or legal process. We are committed to protecting reporters who act in good faith.
AlgoVesta does not tolerate retaliation against individuals who report violations in good faith. Any attempt to retaliate against a reporter will itself be treated as a violation of this AUP and subject to enforcement action.
Anonymous reports are accepted and will be investigated to the extent possible. However, please note that anonymous reporting may limit our ability to investigate thoroughly or follow up with additional questions, which could affect the outcome of the investigation.
How changes to this policy are communicated
AlgoVesta may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to address new use cases, emerging security concerns, changes in legal or regulatory requirements, or improvements to our platform and services. We are committed to keeping this policy current and relevant.
Material changes to this policy will be communicated to users via email notification, platform dashboard notification, or Telegram bot announcement at least 14 days before taking effect. Non-material changes, such as formatting updates or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the policy, may be made without advance notice.
Continued use of the AlgoVesta platform after any changes to this AUP take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. If you do not agree with the changes, you should discontinue use of the platform and cancel your subscription before the changes become effective.
Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically to stay informed about their obligations and rights. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision date. Previous versions of this policy may be requested by contacting [email protected].
If you have any questions about this Acceptable Use Policy or are unsure whether a particular activity is permitted, please contact our team before proceeding. We are happy to provide clarification.
