Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about getting started, security, pricing, and how AlgoVesta works. Need more detail? Our Help Center has step-by-step guides for every exchange.

Getting started

What is AlgoVesta?

AlgoVesta is a non-custodial automation platform that executes Telegram, TradingView or MetaTrader signals on your own exchange or broker account, using trade-only API keys you control.

How long does setup take?

Most users connect an exchange and go live in a few minutes using our step-by-step Help Center guides — no coding required.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, new accounts include a 7-day free trial with full access to all features — no credit card required and nothing is charged automatically.

Do I need coding skills to use AlgoVesta?

No. Connect an exchange or broker, point your Telegram, TradingView or MetaTrader signals to AlgoVesta, and you're ready — no code required.

Is there guaranteed profit?

No trading system can guarantee profits, and AlgoVesta does not promise any. It does not generate signals — it automates execution of the sources you choose, under your own rules and risk limits.

Can I test the platform without risking real money?

Yes. TradingView strategies include a paper-trading mode, and Telegram/exchange automation has a Demo Mode — both simulate the full signal-to-order flow with a $5,000 virtual balance so you can see exactly how the system behaves before connecting real funds.

How do I stop the bot instantly?

One click. Pause automation from your dashboard at any time — and you can always revoke the API key on your exchange or broker for immediate effect.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There's no lock-in contract; cancel instantly from your dashboard and your features remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

Security & custody

Can AlgoVesta withdraw my funds?

No. Every connection uses trade-only API keys with withdrawal access disabled — this is typically enforced by the exchange itself, so withdrawals are technically impossible. See our Security page for full details.

Are my API keys secure?

Your API keys are encrypted with AES-256 and kept in isolated, secure storage. They're configured with trade-only permissions and are never shown in plain text.

Do you ever see my exchange or broker password?

No. AlgoVesta never asks for your exchange account password or MetaTrader master password — only a trade-only API key/secret or an investor-level MetaTrader password, which are encrypted before storage.

What happens if AlgoVesta's systems are ever compromised?

Because keys are encrypted at rest and scoped to trading only, even in a worst-case breach scenario your funds cannot be withdrawn. You can also revoke your key instantly from your exchange.

How do I disconnect AlgoVesta from my exchange or broker?

Remove or deactivate the API key from your dashboard, or delete/deactivate it directly on your exchange or broker — either action immediately ends AlgoVesta's access.

Where is my data stored, and who else sees it?

Your data is encrypted and used only to run your automation. Our Sub-processors & DPA page lists every third-party service involved and why.

Does AlgoVesta share my data with the exchange I connect?

AlgoVesta only sends trade instructions to the exchange you connect, using your own trade-only API key. Your exchange is its own data controller and doesn't receive your AlgoVesta login or profile data.

Does AlgoVesta give signals or financial advice?

No. AlgoVesta is execution software — it automates the signals and rules you define. It does not generate trade calls, give financial advice, or decide on your behalf.

Pricing & billing

What plans does AlgoVesta offer?

Starter, Pro and Elite — see the Pricing page for what's included in each. Elite also includes the White Label add-on.

Do you offer refunds?

Our Refund Policy explains eligibility and the process in detail.

How does the free trial work?

Every new account gets a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required, nothing bills automatically, and you can opt out anytime.

Can I trade futures with the Starter plan?

Yes. All plans support crypto futures and margin, and you set the leverage yourself up to whatever your exchange allows. Starter includes 1 connected account and 1 Telegram channel; Pro and Elite add both markets, more accounts, TradingView webhooks and the AI risk filter.

How does the Starter plan's market choice work?

On Starter you pick one market — connect either 1 crypto exchange account or 1 MetaTrader 5 forex account, at the same price. You can switch markets anytime from your dashboard, and upgrading to Pro unlocks both at once.

Exchanges & crypto markets

Which exchanges are supported?

16 crypto exchanges — Binance, Bybit, OKX, Coinbase, KuCoin, Bitget, Kraken, Gate.io, BingX, Hyperliquid, HTX, Phemex, WOO X, CoinEx, Backpack and BloFin — plus MetaTrader 5 for forex. See the full list on our Exchanges page.

Which signal sources does AlgoVesta support?

Telegram channels, TradingView webhook alerts, and MetaTrader forex signals. AlgoVesta reads each signal and applies your automation rules on the connected exchange or MetaTrader account.

How do I connect Telegram signals to Binance, Bybit or OKX?

Open an account on the exchange, create an API key with withdrawal disabled and trade permission only, and paste it into AlgoVesta. Your Telegram signals are then executed automatically on that exchange.

Can I connect multiple exchanges from one account?

Yes. A single AlgoVesta account can automate multiple exchanges at once, each with its own API key and risk settings.

Do I stay in control of my trades?

Yes. AlgoVesta only acts on the rules you define — risk limits, position and lot size, and which signals execute are all set by you, and you can pause or disconnect at any time.

I already have an exchange account — do I need a new one?

No. You can connect an existing exchange account by adding a trade-only API key. No new account or fund transfer is required.

Does it work with regulated exchanges like Coinbase and Kraken?

Yes. AlgoVesta connects to regulated exchanges such as Coinbase and Kraken through their official APIs, the same way it connects to every other supported exchange.

Does it support both spot and futures?

Yes. You can execute on perpetual futures or spot markets on any connected exchange, and set leverage and position size according to your own rules.

Can I trade forex, not just crypto?

Yes. AlgoVesta routes Telegram, TradingView or MetaTrader forex signals into your own MT5 account, including prop-firm-compatible setups.

Telegram signal automation

Which Telegram channels can I add?

Any public or private Telegram channel you're a member of — enter the channel username or invite link. There's no limit on the number of channels.

What happens if a Telegram signal is in a different language or format?

AlgoVesta's parser understands signals written in English, Turkish, Russian and many other languages, including non-standard formats and emojis. Messages it can't parse are skipped and you're notified.

How do I get my Telegram API credentials?

No technical knowledge required. Log in to my.telegram.org with your Telegram account and get your API ID and API Hash from the "API Development Tools" section in under 2 minutes; our dashboard includes a step-by-step guide.

What if I don't want to use a stop loss on a Telegram signal?

Every parameter is optional. You can disable TP, SL or leverage in your risk settings — the system then only uses values specified in the message itself.

Does the system keep running when my computer is off?

Yes. AlgoVesta is server-based and runs 24/7 on its own cloud infrastructure, monitoring signals and executing trades even when your computer, phone or TradingView tab are all closed.

Who controls the trades on Telegram automation?

You do. Every signal runs through the rules, limits and filters you set. You can require manual approval before any trade, or run everything in Demo Mode first with no real orders.

Can I run multiple Telegram channels with different settings?

Yes. You can connect many channels at once, each with its own filters, TP/SL, leverage and position sizing — your global defaults apply unless you override them per channel.

Does it support multiple take-profits, trailing stops and breakeven?

Yes. Advanced Mode includes multiple take-profits with partial close, breakeven, trailing stop and trailing take-profit — all optional and configured by you.

AI risk filter

How does the AI risk filter work?

By default AlgoVesta is a pure relay — your signals execute exactly as they arrive. Optionally, you can enable the 13-module AI risk filter (volume, order-flow, regime, funding and risk modules) to verify each signal before any order is placed, with visibility into why a signal was filtered out.

Is the AI risk filter mandatory?

No. It's off by default on every signal source — Telegram, TradingView and MetaTrader all execute as pure relays unless you switch the 13-module filter on per strategy.

TradingView webhook automation

How does TradingView automation work?

You send a webhook alert from TradingView; AlgoVesta receives it, applies your settings (and the optional AI risk filter if enabled), and executes on your connected exchange or MT5 account.

Do you change my leverage or position size from a TradingView webhook?

No. The leverage and margin values you set in the dashboard are used exactly as configured. You can also specify them inside the webhook payload, which takes priority.

Do I need to know Pine Script?

At a basic level, yes. If you already have a strategy, it's enough to write a JSON-formatted message into the alert field and point it at our webhook URL.

How fast is a TradingView order opened?

The webhook is received in under 50 milliseconds and forwarded to the exchange within 2 seconds total — versus 2-5 minutes for a manual trader.

Can I run more than one TradingView strategy?

Yes, as many as you like. Each strategy has its own webhook URL, exchange, mode and settings, and you can enable, disable, rename or duplicate any of them independently.

How do I stop someone else sending fake TradingView signals?

Turn on HMAC (SHA-256) signatures so only requests signed with your secret are accepted, add TradingView's official IPs to your allowlist, and optionally restrict trading to a symbol whitelist.

Do I need a paid TradingView plan?

Yes — TradingView only sends webhook alerts on the Essential plan or higher; the free plan can't send them. Any paid tier works with AlgoVesta.

Can I automate exits, not just entries, from TradingView?

Yes. Send a close signal from your TradingView alert and AlgoVesta closes the matching position, or let the SL/TP values from your webhook manage the exit automatically.

MetaTrader & forex automation

Do I need a VPS, EA or MetaApi subscription for MetaTrader?

No. AlgoVesta runs your MetaTrader 5 connection 24/7 on its own infrastructure — no VPS to rent, no EA to install, no separate MetaApi subscription. Your plan price is the total cost.

Which MetaTrader brokers are supported?

Any broker that gives you a standard MetaTrader 5 account works — the connection uses MetaTrader's own protocol, so no broker-specific integration is required.

What must a forex signal contain?

At minimum a pair and a direction (e.g. "XAUUSD BUY"). If the message includes entry, stop-loss and take-profit, those are applied; otherwise your own default rules are used.

How fast is MetaTrader signal execution?

Typically seconds from the Telegram message appearing to the order reaching your broker — far faster than reading and entering it by hand.

Can I copy multiple forex channels at the same time?

Yes. You can connect as many Telegram channels or groups as you like simultaneously, each with its own lot size, risk and filters.

Can I test MetaTrader automation on a demo account?

Yes. The MetaTrader bridge works with both demo and real accounts, so you can test your rules safely before going live.

Do I control how much I risk per forex trade?

Completely. Choose fixed lot, percentage of balance/equity, or risk-percentage based on stop-loss distance, and set protections like max positions, same-direction limits and daily loss limits.

Are my MetaTrader login credentials safe?

The connection uses only a trade (master or investor) password — withdrawal access is never requested. Credentials are encrypted at rest and you can disconnect at any time.

Can I use AlgoVesta on a prop firm funded account?

Technically yes — AlgoVesta connects to any standard MetaTrader 5 account, including evaluation and funded accounts, with per-account drawdown protection. Whether automation is allowed is decided by your prop firm's rules, so verify them first; AlgoVesta has no official relationship with any prop firm.

How does prop firm drawdown protection work?

You enter your firm's daily-loss and maximum-drawdown numbers, or start from a firm-compatible preset. AlgoVesta tracks each connected account's equity continuously and stops opening new trades before a limit would be breached.

Affiliate & Partner Program

Who can join the AlgoVesta Partner Program?

Any registered AlgoVesta user — a paid plan is not required. Create a free account, open your Partner Dashboard, and generate a referral link to start earning recurring commission.

What are the affiliate commission rates?

Tiered by active paying customers referred: 1-25 → 20%, 26-75 → 25%, 76-150 → 30%, 151-200 → 35%, 200+ → 40%. Tiers are retroactive — reaching a new tier raises the rate on all your currently active customers, not just new ones.

How long does affiliate commission keep paying?

Commission is recurring and paid every month a referred customer stays subscribed, for up to 12 months per customer, scaling automatically if they upgrade their plan.

When and how are affiliate commissions paid?

Payouts are automatic on the 15th of each month for the previous month's approved commissions, sent as USDT (TRC20) on-chain. The minimum payout is $50; smaller balances roll over to the next month.

When will I receive my first affiliate commission?

A visitor must subscribe through your link within the 30-day attribution window, then a 14-day refund window must pass (a sale refunded within 14 days earns nothing) before it's approved and paid on the next 15th.

How is affiliate commission paid on an annual-plan sale?

It isn't paid as a lump sum — it's split into 12 equal monthly installments, one-twelfth per month.

What happens to my affiliate commission if my referral cancels or gets a refund?

Commission stops when the customer cancels. If a payment is refunded within the 14-day protection window, the related commission is reversed (clawed back).

Can I give my referred customers a discount?

Yes, from your Partner Dashboard you can offer 5%, 10% or 20% off, funded from your own commission margin — never exceeding your tier rate, and only on the customer's first period. This unlocks after your first 5 active paying customers.

Can I use my own referral code on my own account?

No. Self-referral is blocked — the same user, email, payment method, IP or device cannot be used to refer itself.

Can I create multiple referral codes to track different channels?

Yes — create unlimited custom tracking codes in your Partner Dashboard (one per YouTube video, X post, blog article, etc.) and compare each code's performance separately.

Results & performance

Does AlgoVesta publish a public track record or win rate?

We choose not to market a curated public win rate because it's easy to make misleading and hard to verify. AlgoVesta continuously evaluates signal quality internally to improve the risk engine — your own dashboard is the only number that matters for your account.

Can I see how a specific trade was scored?

Yes. Every trade in your history includes the signal that triggered it and the risk checks it passed, viewable from your dashboard.

Is automation guaranteed to be profitable?

No. Trading involves risk and automation does not guarantee profit — it removes hesitation and manual error from execution. Please read our Risk Disclaimer before trading.

White Label & support

Can I run AlgoVesta under my own brand?

Yes, through our White Label add-on for signal channel owners and trading communities.
