You bring your own signals (BYOS); AlgoVesta does not generate trading signals, does not provide investment recommendations or advice, and exercises no discretion over your trades. AlgoVesta is not a Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) under MiCA, is not a financial advisor, broker-dealer, investment manager, portfolio manager, or custodian, and does not hold, control, or manage user funds — all assets remain on your chosen exchange or platform at all times. Nothing on the platform constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.

1.2 Leverage Warning

The use of leverage at 10x or higher magnification significantly increases the risk of total capital loss (liquidation). Users should be aware that:

2. Terms of Service

Usage agreement and platform policies

2.1 Software License

AlgoVesta grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for your personal trading activities. You agree NOT to:

  • • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any AlgoVesta software
  • • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our proprietary architecture, algorithms, or engine designs
  • • Share, transfer, or sublicense your account credentials to any third party
  • • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
  • • Attempt to circumvent any security measures, rate limits, or access controls

2.2 API Key Security

You are solely responsible for the security and proper configuration of your exchange API keys. The following requirements are MANDATORY:

  • ✓ Withdrawal permissions MUST be disabled on all API keys connected to AlgoVesta
  • ✓ IP address restrictions SHOULD be configured where supported by your exchange
  • ✓ API keys and secret keys must be kept strictly confidential
  • ✓ AlgoVesta will never request API keys with withdrawal permissions enabled
  • ✓ Any compromise of your API credentials must be reported immediately

2.3 Refund Policy

Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period and paid in cryptocurrency (USDT, TRON network / TRC20). Refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy, which sets out the limited circumstances in which refunds may be granted and the crypto-refund mechanics that apply. Please review the Refund Policy at refund-policy.html. The 7-day free trial requires no payment method and does not auto-convert to a paid plan.

2.4 Service Availability

AlgoVesta strives to maintain 99.9% platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, exchange API outages, network disruptions, or force majeure events may temporarily affect service availability. AlgoVesta shall not be liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

2.5 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALGOVESTA, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.

3. Privacy & Security Policy

How we protect your data and privacy

Your exchange API keys are protected using AES-256 encryption, the same standard used by financial institutions and government agencies worldwide:

  • ✓ Keys are never visible to AlgoVesta personnel in plaintext
  • ✓ Decryption occurs only locally within isolated execution environments
  • ✓ All data transmission uses TLS 1.3 encrypted HTTPS connections
  • ✓ Keys are never stored in plaintext, logged, or included in error reports
  • ✓ Regular third-party security audits verify our encryption implementation

3.1 Data Collection

We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide our services:

  • • Platform usage analytics (anonymized)
