The AlgoVesta community is where traders who automate their signals compare notes, and where we share what we are building. This page explains which channel to use for what, how to stay safe in public groups, and how to get a useful answer quickly.

Each channel has a different job. Picking the right one gets you an answer faster and keeps your account details private.
- Account problems, a bot that did not open a trade, billing or a key that stopped working: open a support ticket from your dashboard or email [email protected]. These need your account details, so they are handled privately, not in public channels.
- Questions about how a feature works: start with the Help Center, which has step-by-step guides for every supported exchange, MetaTrader 5, Telegram and TradingView.
- Discussion with other traders: Discord is where users compare setups, share how they structure their bots and ask each other questions.
- Product news: X, LinkedIn and YouTube carry release notes, walkthroughs and company updates. The changelog and roadmap pages list what has shipped and what is planned.
- Service status: if something looks wrong for everyone, check the status page before anything else.
If you are not sure where a question belongs, a support ticket is always the right place: it reaches the team directly and keeps your details private.
Keep your account safe in public channels
Community spaces are public, and trading communities attract scammers. A few rules protect your money:
- Never post an API secret, a MetaTrader password, a 2FA code or a screenshot that shows your account number.
- AlgoVesta team members will never ask you for a password, an API secret or a 2FA code in chat or by email.
- AlgoVesta does not sell trading signals or manage money. Anyone offering “AlgoVesta signals” or asking you to send funds is not us.
- The official links are the ones on this page and in the site footer.
- If someone contacts you claiming to be from AlgoVesta, check with us through the support page before you act.
Community guidelines
To keep the channels useful for everyone:
- Be respectful. Disagreeing about a strategy is fine; personal attacks are not.
- No investment advice, profit promises or promotion of paid groups.
- Share your own setups and lessons, not other people's paid signals.
- Report bugs with enough detail for someone else to reproduce them.
Messages that break these rules may be removed, and repeat offenders may be removed from the channel.
How to get help faster
When you report a problem, include:
- the bot name and the market it trades (crypto exchange or MetaTrader 5);
- when it happened, with your time zone;
- the symbol and the signal message, if a trade did not open;
- the exact message the dashboard showed.
Your bot card in the dashboard also shows why the last signal was not executed, which often answers the question before you need to ask.
