How to create a HTX API key for AlgoVesta
Follow these steps to generate a trade-only API key on HTX and connect it to AlgoVesta in minutes.
- Log in to your HTX (Huobi) account
- Open API Management from the profile menu
- Click Create, enter a note (e.g.
AlgoVesta) - Permissions: enable Read + Trade
- Complete security verification
- Copy the Access Key and Secret Key

Security first: never enable withdrawal permission. AlgoVesta only needs read + trade access — your keys are stored AES-256 encrypted and funds always stay on your own exchange account.
Next: paste your key in Dashboard → API Keys. AlgoVesta verifies the key automatically after saving. Guided setup is also available via the Quick Connect wizard on that page.
