Check a Telegram signal channel before you automate it
Before you connect a channel to a live bot, AlgoVesta's own bot wizard can look at its last 7 days and tell you how many messages it posted and how many were readable as tradable signals — using your own connected Telegram account, at no extra cost.
What the check shows
Messages in the last 7 days
How many messages the channel already posted in its last 7 days (up to 200) — read from its existing history the moment you add it in the bot wizard.
Tradable signals
How many of those messages AlgoVesta's production parser — the same code that opens your trades — can read as a tradable signal: symbol and direction for crypto, or symbol, direction, stop-loss and take-profit for forex/MetaTrader. For crypto channels this count is approximate, since stop-loss and take-profit are read by a separate AI step the check doesn't call.
Missing-field warnings
For forex/MetaTrader channels, signals that name a symbol and direction but are missing a stop-loss or take-profit are counted separately, so you know why a channel under-delivers before you connect it — crypto channels have no separate warning class.
What counts as a tradable signal
The check reads every message with AlgoVesta's production parsers — the same code your bot uses to trade, not a simplified demo.
Crypto channels
A recognizable symbol (for example BTCUSDT) and a clear direction (buy/long or sell/short). Stop-loss and take-profit are read by a separate AI step in production and are not required for a message to count here.
Forex / MetaTrader channels
A symbol, a direction, a stop-loss and at least one take-profit. AlgoVesta never opens a forex position without a stop-loss and take-profit, so a signal missing either is flagged as a warning instead of counted as tradable.
Not counted at all
Screenshots, pure commentary, or a message with no readable symbol and direction — these are excluded from every count.
The check looks at up to the last 200 messages within 7 days; a very active channel is shown as 200+.
What it does not tell you
The check counts messages — it does not judge whether following a channel would have been profitable. A channel can post perfectly readable signals and still lose money, or post rarely and still be worth following.
For a real example of what channel volume looks like over time, see our 30-day reality check of one channel: 4,105 messages in, 477 real trading signals, 145 orders actually opened. See also why we don't publish a marketing win rate.
This is not investment advice and not a recommendation to follow any specific channel. AlgoVesta does not endorse, vet or take responsibility for the trading calls made in a Telegram channel — it only reports what it can and cannot read from the messages.
How to run it
The check runs inside your own dashboard, using your own connected Telegram account — there is no public, anonymous checker.
Open Set Up New Bot, then choose Telegram
From your dashboard, start Set Up New Bot and choose Telegram as the signal source.
Connect your Telegram account
Sign in with your own phone number. AlgoVesta only reads the channels you choose; it never posts or sends messages on your behalf.
Add the channel
Pick it from your own Telegram dialogs. You must already be a member of the channel for AlgoVesta to read it — that's why there's no public checker.
Read the 7-day score
The panel shows messages received, tradable signals found, and the fields of the most recent readable signal — before you decide to connect an exchange or turn the bot on.
