Summary: TradeAdapter turns TradingView webhook alerts into orders on 13 exchanges and brokers through their APIs and on MetaTrader 4 and 5 through its own Expert Advisor, adds a strategy builder and an optimiser, and costs $7.99 a month on a single plan. AlgoVesta also executes TradingView alerts, adds Telegram channels and AI assistants over MCP as sources, and hosts the MetaTrader 5 connection on its own servers.

TradeAdapter describes itself as TradingView webhook automation to API brokers and MetaTrader 4/5, with strategy building, trade optimisation and analytics. AlgoVesta takes TradingView alerts, Telegram signals or an AI assistant over MCP and executes them on 16 crypto exchanges and MetaTrader 5. Facts about TradeAdapter below were checked on its official site on 4 October 2026.

AlgoVesta doesn't blindly copy signals. Every Telegram or TradingView call is checked against your own risk rules and a multi-module verification layer before any order is placed — rule-based execution, not copy-trading.

Setup and day-to-day operation compared

TradeAdapter's site describes a webhook flow: each TradingView alert becomes an order that is sized, protected, checked against your risk rules and tracked after it fills. Orders can be sized as a percentage of balance, and risk rules can cap daily loss, pause a strategy after a losing streak and refuse trades that commit too much of the deposit, with a Telegram or email message when that happens. Its Strategy Builder offers 7 indicators and 12 filters, and TradeOptimiser tunes settings. For MetaTrader it uses its own Expert Advisor in your terminal.

On AlgoVesta you sign in, connect a Telegram account once from the dashboard, pick the channels a bot should listen to, and add either a trade-only API key from your exchange or your MetaTrader 5 login. The MT5 terminal runs on AlgoVesta's own servers, so nothing has to stay open on your computer. Each bot has its own settings: position size, leverage on futures, how take-profit levels are split, a daily-loss limit and a maximum number of open positions. You can start every bot in paper mode with a $5,000 virtual balance before you let it place real orders.

Both services keep API connections in the cloud. The difference is MetaTrader: with TradeAdapter the EA runs in a terminal you keep online; with AlgoVesta the MT5 terminal is hosted. TradeAdapter also builds and optimises strategies, which AlgoVesta does not.

Platform coverage in detail

TradeAdapter lists 13 direct API integrations — Binance, Binance.US, Bybit, MEXC, OKX, KuCoin, Kraken, Coinbase, Gate.io, Bitget, OANDA, Alpaca and Capital.com — and more than 15 MetaTrader brokers, among them Exness, Pepperstone and FTMO. Telegram is used for notifications; copying Telegram signal channels is not published on tradeadapter.com as of 4 October 2026.

AlgoVesta executes on 16 crypto exchanges, spot and futures, and on MetaTrader 5. It does not support MetaTrader 4, cTrader, DXtrade or TradeLocker. Signals can come from Telegram channels, from TradingView alerts through a webhook, or from an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT over the Model Context Protocol (MCP); MCP connections start in paper mode, and live trading needs a separate key protected by two-factor authentication.

On AlgoVesta, TradingView is available on every paid plan: Starter includes 3 TradingView strategies (each with its own webhook URL), Pro 15 and Elite an unlimited number. TradingView cannot send custom headers, so AlgoVesta checks that an alert really comes from TradingView's own servers before it trades it, and the dashboard turns symbol, side, size, stop-loss and take-profit into the alert message for you. Strategy exits and reversals are read from TradingView's market_position fields, so a closing alert closes the position instead of opening a new one in the other direction.

What each one costs

Checked 4 October 2026 on tradeadapter.com — verify current prices before deciding.

TradeAdapter lists one plan at $7.99 a month with a 7-day free trial and no card required. It includes the strategy builder, the optimiser, API and MetaTrader execution and unlimited alerts and symbols, with no per-account fees or add-ons.

AlgoVesta charges a flat monthly subscription: Starter $39 ($32.50 billed annually), Pro $89 ($74), Elite $179 ($149). Starter covers one market and one signal source; Pro and Elite run crypto and MT5 together with all three sources.

For TradingView-only automation, TradeAdapter costs less. If you need Telegram or MCP signals or a hosted MetaTrader 5 connection, compare what each plan includes. Which one costs less depends on the sources and markets you use.

When TradeAdapter is the better choice

TradeAdapter costs less, includes a strategy builder and an optimiser, supports MetaTrader 4, and reaches brokers such as OANDA, Alpaca, Capital.com, Coinbase and MEXC that AlgoVesta does not connect to.

To be equally clear about the other side: copying Telegram signal channels is not published on TradeAdapter's site, and its MetaTrader EA runs in your own terminal. AlgoVesta adds Telegram and MCP sources and hosts MetaTrader 5 for you.
